SUKATAN LATIHAN: A17 SIJIL TEKNOLOGI CADD MEKANIKAL ( MINYAK & GAS )
SEMESTER 1 hingga 3 merupakan dokumen yang menggariskan perkara-perkara yang
perlu diperolehi oleh seorang graduan di dalam bidang kemahiran Pelukis Pelan ( Minyak
& Gas ). Sukatan latihan ini dibangunkan mengikut format Institusi Latihan Jabatan
Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM) dan telah mengambil kira Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan
Kebangsaan (National Occupational Skill Standard – NOSS) serta Kurikulum Unit
Kompetensi (Curriculum of Competency Unit -CoCU) daripada Jabatan Pembangunan
Kemahiran (JPK) iaitu perubahan dokumen yang berasaskan Unit Kompetensi (CU) dan
Aktiviti Kerja (WA) yang memenuhi standard persijilan kemahiran Malaysia.

Dengan ini dimaklumkan bahawa silibus Kluster Pembuatan bagi kursus peringkat Sijil
Teknologi CADD Mekanikal (Minyak & Gas) telah disemak dan DISAHKAN dalam
Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pemandu Kurikulum JTM bil. 2/2014 yang diadakan pada 30
September 2014. Sehubungan itu, silibus yang telah disahkan ini hendaklah digunapakai
bermula JULAI 2015 diseluruh Institut Latihan Jabatan Tenaga Manusia.

1. PENDAHULUAN

1.1. Pengenalan

Sukatan latihan ini merupakan dokumen yang menggariskan perkara-perkara yang


perlu diperolehi oleh seseorang pelajar di dalam bidang kemahiran Teknologi CADD
Meknikal (Minyak & Gas). Semua modul yang terkandung di dalam sukatan latihan
ini akan dinilai berasaskan keterampilan bagi memastikan setiap pelajar
berkebolehan dan berkeupayaan melaksanakan modul-modul berkenaan mengikut
tahap kemahiran yang dipelajari.
Sukatan latihan ini dibangunkan mengikut format sukatan Institusi Latihan Jabatan
Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM) dan telah mengambil kira Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan
Kebangsaan (National Occupational Skills Standard – NOSS) yang dibuat oleh
Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK). Sukatan latihan ini juga mengambil kira
penambahan semua duti dan tugasan selaras dengan keperluan teknologi semasa
dan memenuhi standard persijilan.

1.2. Objektif

Objektif sukatan latihan ini dibangunkan adalah untuk membantu pensyarah dalam
menyediakan pembelajaran latihan kemahiran agar keseragaman latihan dapat
dilakukan di semua ILJTM bagi kursus Teknologi CADD Mekanikal (Minyak & Gas).

1.3. Pra-syarat

Kursus Teknologi CADD Mekanikal (Minyak & Gas) merupakan kursus peringkat
Sijil Teknologi yang dikendalikan oleh Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (JTM). Syarat
kelayakan bagi kursus ini ialah calon mesti warganegara Malaysia berumur di
antara 17 hingga 30 tahun dan mempunyai kelulusan akademik berikut :

 Kemasukan ke Semester 1

Syarat kemasukan:
1. Lepasan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
a) Mempunyai SPM dengan kepujian dalam 3 subjek berikut :
i. Bahasa Melayu
ii. Sains / Fizik / Kimia
iii. Matematik / MatematikTambahan
b) Lulus Bahasa Inggeris
c) Lulus dalam sesi temuduga yang dijalankan

2. Lepasan Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)
a) Mempunyai SKM Tahap 2 dalam salah satu bidang berikut :
i. CADD Mekanikal (Pembuatan)
ii. Teknologi Minyak & Gas
iii. Pengeluaran / Pembuatan
iv. Kimpalan (Gas &Arka)
v. Kimpalan (Minyak & Gas)
vi. Fabrikasi Logam
b) Lulus dalam sesi temuduga yang dijalankan.

1.4. Tempoh Latihan

 Kemasukan ke Semester 1

Tempoh latihan sepenuh masa bagi kursus ini ialah 1 tahun 9 bulan.
Pelajar diwajibkan menjalani latihan kemahiran selama satu tahun enam
bulan (dari semester 1 hingga semester 3) dan selepas semester 3,
pelajar perlu menjalani latihan industri (industrial training) selama tiga
bulan.

1.5. Kaedah Latihan

Kaedah latihan di ILJTM bagi peringkat sijil adalah berteraskan kemahiran di mana
70% ialah latihan amali dan 30% pengajaran teori.

Terminal Performance Objective:


Carry Out Fundamental Workshop Practice using personal protective equipment (PPE), safety outfit and measuring tools so that
personal safety demonstrated and workpiece measurement performed in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act
(OSHA), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and manufacturing requirement.

Demonstrate personal safety using personal protective equipment and safety

Carry Out Drawing Management using drawings, filing systems, various storage types, computer, office application and company
procedures so that drafting document control requirement identified and drafting document control performed in accordance with the
company’s standard, rules and regulations.

identified according to company’s standard, rules and regulations.
Perform drafting document control using computer and office application
software, drawing scanning tools, filing systems, Master Distributed Registration

drawings sorted, properly stored and the document control changes status
