How to Create Passport Size Photograph

Step1 Open the Specified Photograph in Photoshop

Step 2 Create a New File for passport size Photo (1.4 *1.8 inches) & 200DPI

Step3 Drag the photo on New File

Step4 Arrange the Size of photo by using corner and Shift Key & Press ENTER KEY

Step5 Press CTRL+E to Lock all Image Layer.

Step6 Create a New File for print A4 Photo Sheet(8 *12 inches) & 200DPI

Step7 Drag Passport Size photo on A4 Sheet.

Step8 Copy Passport Size photo by using ALT+ Key

Step9 Shift Last copy to the Right hand Side

Step10 Open Window Menu Layer

Step11Merge all Passport layers except Background Layer

Step12 Set the Horizontal & vertical space between all passport photos by using the all middle button of
the following image

Step13 Press CTRL+E to create a single group of passport size photo.

Step14 Select Single layer of 5 Photograph & repeat the steps from 8 to 12 for vertical photos arrange.
You Must Press Enter after this.

Step15 Press CTRL+E to create a single group of passport size photo.

Step16Save the Image Using File MenuSave As option
