ASSIGNMENT 1

INSTRUCTION:
The marks are accumulated to 10%

You are required to create a mind map explaining the classifications of company in accordance
to the Company Law in Malaysia.

(20 marks)

Guidelines for submission :

a) Date for submission: 10-12PM FRIDAY 4/11/16

b) Requirement:

- Cover page (WHITE color) as per attached.

- Page of assessment rubric as per attached on the second page of assignment.

- A creative mind map explaining classifications of company.

- Use as much tools as possible (papers, cardboards, glue, scissor, etc) to show your

creativity in explaining the mind map.

- This is an INDIVIDUAL assignment.

** If you have any difficulties in submitting the assignment according to the date given,
please come and discuss with me.
