Benefit Export Process

The document describes a 7 step process to export benefit data from an XML code: 1) Take the XML code from the Benefit Plan Carrier, 2) Click the "Upload Custom Layout" button, 3) Make changes to the XML code by adding new columns, 4) Upload the changed XML code and click Save, 5) Run the Export program in Evaluation and Reporting and select Extract Benefit data, 6) Click Submit, 7) The exported data is then displayed.

Benefit Export Changed Process

1. Take the XML code from Benefit Plan Carrier.

Navigation:Plan Configuration-Go to Task - Click on Manage Plan Carriers.

2. Click On “Upload Custom Layout”button

3. Take the XML code and changes.


4. Add the New column and upload the same place and click on Save and close.
5. Run Export program in Evaluation and Reporting and select Extract Benefit data.

6. Click on Submit Button.


7. Data Display like below screen shot.
