Certfication of Erasure

That when I notarized the above document I noticed that there


was already an erasure inserting the words “Rizal St.” in the
residence of ______________;

That when I inquired among the parties, they guaranteed that the
said erasure inserting the word “Rizal St.” reflects the truth. That
neither of the parties had been coerced, forced, or intimidated by
anyone when the said Deed of Absolute Sale was duly notarized before
me.
