ADDENDUM
COMES NOW Appellant, through the undersigned counsel and
before this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:
1. On September 22, 2017 the appellant, through the
undersigned counsel filed its Appellant’s Brief, dated
September 22, 2017;
2. However, the undersigned due to oversight, was not able to
attach a Certification of Non-Forum Shopping in the copies of
the Appellant’s Brief;
3. Hence, by way of addendum to the Appellant’s Brief dated
September 22, 2017 the undersigned submits to the
Honorable Court copies of Certification of Non-Forum
Shopping;
4. Further, the undersigned wish to inform the Honorable Court that
the Certification of Non-Forum Shopping was signed by the
undersigned and not by the Appellant considering that the
accused is already incarcerated at the New Bilibid Prison,
Muntinlupa City. Hence, the signature of the Appellant cannot
be procured by reason of time and distant constraints;
WHEREFORE, premises considered it is respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court that this Addendum be admitted and noted for
all legal intent and purposes.

HC-NO. 09222 (RTC Case No. 3565-66) entitled: PEOPLE OF
