Reflection

Teaching profession is a process that facilitates learning. Teaching is the


specialized application of knowledge, skills and attributes designed to provide
unique service to meet the educational needs of the individual and of society.
The choice of learning activities whereby the goals of education are realized in
the school is the responsibility of teaching profession.

In addition to providing students with learning opportunities to meet


curriculum outcomes, teaching emphasizes the development of values and
guides students in their social relationships. Teacher employ practices that
develop positive self-concept in student although the work of teacher typically
takes place in a classroom setting, the direct interaction between teacher and
student is the single most important element in teaching

In this subject I am so happy because I learned that what is teaching


profession and how teachers someday. Now, I knew that education is very
important to the learners and also a teacher had a big related the leaners in
their future. There are a lot of related laws that could be help to the learners
and most especially to the teachers in their future. A teaching profession is
not easy you should help the learners to develop their self and to their
future. Dealing with the learners is not easy because you teachers should
understand each of your learners. Every learner has a different behaviors and
have a long patient, temper and understanding them. So to become a
teacher ha a sacrifices to your learners, your time and be professional all the
time cause you’re a model to them.
