Michael Huerta: Teachers Education

Michael Huerta is a freshman flute performance student at The Eastman School of Music studying under Bonita Boyd. He graduated from James Bowie High School in 2017 with high honors where he was drum major of the nationally acclaimed marching band. His performance experience includes multiple honor bands and orchestras at the regional, state, and national levels as well as pit orchestras for musical productions. He has received several scholarships and awards for his musical accomplishments.
