Circle.

Role & Responsibilities

 Regular coordination and follow ups with the customers on new projects and for reducing the
processes gaps.
 Work on development and improvement of processes, procedures and their documentation
and implementation.
 Work on providing best solutions to the customers to resolve critical issues.
 Proper utilization of manpower and time management.
 Updating own network IR21 and circulate with respective roaming partner.
 Maintaining of SIM Inventory and Internal Processes for New and current Roaming Tie-

ASR, Poi utilization, signaling load, congestion, call lost, etc with the help of these reports.
 Analysis of system performance indicators like CSR, Processor load etc.
 Reporting of utilization, call lost at A interfaces to the BSS management.
 Modification of routes, providing blocking/ call gaping in case of network unavailability or
congestion as per authorization level.
 Augmentation of E1s to Poi, TRAUs to BSC and POI implementation

 Opening of new codes, routing of it and to make open own codes at other PLMN.
