Accelerator pedal release learning

1. Pastikan bahwa pedal gas sepenuhnya di lepaskan


2. Putar switch “on” dan tunggu minimal 2 detik
3. Putar switch “off” dan tunggu minimal 10 detik
4. Putar switch “on” dan tunggu minimal 2detik
5. Putar switch “off” dan tunggu minimal 10 detik

Throttle valve closed position learning


1. Pastikan bahwa pedal gas sepenuhnya di lepaskan
2. Putarswitch “On”
3. Putar switch “off” dan tunggu minimal 10 detik

Pastikan bahwa katup throttle bergerak selama diatas 10 detik mengkonfirmasi suara operasi.

Idle learning volume prosedur


1. Jalankan mobil dan lakukan test drive untuk “ pemanasan “ suhu . pastikan putaran idle dekat
dengan 700 rpm
2. Pastikan tidak ada beban pada baterai dengan mematikan semua perangkat elektronik, lampu,
HVAC, radio, tutup pintu dll.
3. Putar switch ign ‘Off’
4. Tunggu sepuluh detik
5. Putar switch ‘on’
6. Tunggu 3 detik
7. Tekan pedal gs penuh dan lepaskan, lakukan 5x dalam 5 detik
8. Tunggu 7 detik dengan tetap tidak menginjak pedal gas
9. Tekan pedal gas dan tahan dalam 10 detik lampu chek engine harus mulai berkedip
10. Tunggu 10 detik lagi dengan tetap menekan pedal gas, dan lampu cek engine harus berhenti
berkedip
11. SEGERA setelah lampu berhenti bekedip lepaskan pedal gas dan start mobil dan periksa idle
(masih akan menjadi sekitar 700rpm)
12. Biarkan mobil idle di 700rpm atau lebih selama 25 detik, injak pedal(bleyer) beberapa kali
kemudian biarkan.
13. Matikan mesin.

Anda mungkin akan melihat idle sedikit kasar selama 20 mil berikutnya, hal ini normal dan akan
hilang dengan sendirinya. Alas an anda harus memastikan idle sekitar 700 rpm (penuh pemanasan)
adalah KARENA MOBIL MENGUKUR KURVA UDARA DALAM KAITANNYA DENGAN POSISI IDLE
