Subject: Submission of Final Inception Report

Dear Sir,

With reference to the letter received on 2nd February, 2018 from DOI regarding the Improvement of
Inception letter, we hereby submit three copies of Final Inception Report incorporating the all
alternatives proposed headworks axis, e.g. span, elevation, geology, river morphology, diversion during
construction, construction facilities, length of tunneling, etc.

Also, we have prepared the tentative preliminary drawings of river diversion during construction of all
alternatives volume submitted with this letter and looking forward to your decision regarding the
selection of appropriate headwork axis.
