Reflection task 2

Managing learning

All of us are aware that kids need a routine to provide structure and discipline in their
lives, especially in the classrooms, between the periods and walking to the bus. I was
wondered how 24 students are following the rules and they are aware of the daily
routines. I like how my MST is implementing the routine in her class from the first
period until the end of the day. This strategy can assist the teacher in controlling and
managing the student’s behavior in primary schools. They need guides in everything
also it provides smooth lesson and behavior. The teacher can use the routine rather
than the orders or direction. Students will deal with the routine as it something fun
because it contains a lot of movements.
