Business Enrollment Proposal

BACKGROUND

Purpleart was formed in 2004 and was registered as company under the name
‘PurpleArt Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’ incorporated in the year 2012 under the Indian Companies
Act of 1956.

The main objectives of the company are to engage in the business of Creative Consulting,
Advertisement Concept Development & Production, Photography and Art works, Corporate Video
Production, Graphic Designing, Print media designing and production, Newspaper
Advertising, etc.

In 2010 PurpleArt associated with Google India for a milestone project. We worked as an gency to run
the pilot work of Google Maps Street View Program throughout India, with over 100
coordinators and photographers.

In 2013, recognizing our company’s effort Google entitled us as one among the first Google trusted
agencies in India. Being a Google trained and certified agency (labeled as ‘Google Trusted Agency’)
PurpleArt works as a service provider for Google Business View Program in India, and named the project
as "purple360". Since then done over 50,000 panoramic photo shoots and 7000 virtual tours in India and
the Middle East.

Since August 2015, ‘PurpleArt Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’ is entitled to do the Google Business View
program world wide.
