Greetings! I am a graduating Architecture student, completing a Bachelor’s thesis


at the University of the Cordilleras in Governor Pack Road, Baguio City, Philippines. The
thesis title is: The Building Systems Design Using the BERDE Rating Scheme as
Applied to a Technological Skills Institute. In this regard, may I humbly request your
permision to allow me to propose this Technical Vocational Institute on your lot located
by G. Del Pilar Street, which was formerly occupied by Bosch Car Repair Services.

The requested permission extends to some site visitations, photo documentations,


and future revisions of my thesis, the public circulation of my thesis by the University of
the Cordilleras, and to the prospective reproduction of the thesis proposal by the reques
of your good office. Any private information will strictly be kept confidential and for
academic purposes only.
