with.
Summary
Questions forms such as “Where were you born?”, ”What is your occupation? ” will be taught and oral group works will be done. At
the end of the lesson written exercises to be done.
Measurement & Evaluation
Teacher observation.

Measurement & Assessment Activities for Individual Students will do a worksheet and they are expected to participate in
Performance class discussions.
Measurement & Assessment Activities for Group Students will form groups and they are expected to do a interview with
Performance a famous person.
Homework (optional) Homework will not be given this week.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan


First, information will be given about the topic.Question forms will be repeated many times for a better understanding.Then,the class
will watch a video involving question forms and answers and they are expected to form groups and use these forms to interview with a
famous person.There will be multiple dialogues with the students.After that,coursebook activities such as fill-in the blanks will be done
and answers will be checked with the teacher.
