DESIGN: The Construct process takes products from the Design process to create tangible
operational processes and information system support. As the process model begins to
crystallize, the process model and the information system build are evaluated against each other
to ensure appropriate alignment of process capabilities and information system support

CONFIGURE: If an enterprise decides to be self sufficient in maintaining an ERP system, the

configuration tool set defines the skillsets that have to be learned by the users and/or IT staff. If
an enterprise decides to outsource an ERP system's maintenance the tool set defines the skill
sets that have to be procured. Scripted demonstrations can be used to understand and to
evaluate the configuration tool set.

INTEGRATE & VALIDATE: If the ERP system doesn't integrate the required systems it won't
satisfy the integration requirements and it won't satisfy the functional requirements.

DEPLOY: The Implement and Migrate process prepares the organization for final ERP solution
deployment. Final changes are made to business processes, policies and procedures, and system
builds to prepare for a go-live. Once a go-live occurs, a post-implementation audit is performed to
measure the effectiveness of the ERP solution in meeting its goals and objectives.
