Pumps Types Selection

This document discusses pump types, classifications, specifications and standards. It identifies pumps that could be considered for light duty applications, including vertically-installed inline pumps and horizontally-mounted single suction pumps. Specific single-stage and two-stage centrifugal pump configurations are identified for different services depending on factors like pressure, flow, temperature and materials handled.
