going to begin our Public Speaking Competition.

or silent during the competition, as these items might distract
our contestant.

WELCOME
ADDRESS Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and a very
good morning to all of you. On behalf of the organising
committee, we are pleased to welcome all of you to the PKG Tok
Jiring Level, PUBLIC SPEAKING competition Year 2017. So
please sit down, relax and enjoy the rest of the morning.

I am Muhammad Raihan bin Sapi’ee, your emcee for this


morning.
INTRODUCTION
For your information, there are 18 schools altogether who
participate in this year public speaking competition.

Ladies and gentlemen, before we start our competition, I


would like to invite the honorable judges and the time keeper
to take their seats.

Let me introduce to all of you the judges for today’s


competition. The first judge is

RULES AND Let me read to you the competition rules:
REGULATIONS
This competition contains only one section which is Prepared
Speech.

Participants will deliver a prepared speech on a topic of their


choice for 4 to 6 minutes.

A warning bell will be sounded once at the 5th minute and a


final bell at the 6th minute. Marks will be deducted
thereafter.

Here are some reminders:

1. Teachers are not allowed to guide and help the participants.

2. The audience need to lower down your voices throughout


the competition.

3. All the contestants need to project your voice

Now, we have come to the end of this competition. The results


will be announced during the closing ceremony later. Before
we end, We would like to acknowledge the importance of the
judges who came by and adjudicate with wisdom to pick the
winners for today’s competition. Without their commitments
and wise decisions we would not get the winner for today’s
competition.

We hope that this competition will be a sweet memory to all the


contestants nevertheless you win or lose. That’s all for today’s
event. On behalf of the organising committees, I would like to
apologize if we have done any mistakes throughout the
