Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

Design effective training programs

Support and mentor new employees

Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
Determine course content according to objectives

Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step
of their career path
Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials,
aids and manuals
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Deliver training courses
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and
techniques into employees work behaviour
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and
consultation with Project/Delivery managers. He deployed a wide variety of
technical training sessions and Conduct effective induction and orientation
sessions using different training methodology which was well received by the
techmighties. He was accessing the overall or individualized training and
development plan that addresses the business needs and expectations. He was closely
involved in monitorr and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI
periodically and report on them. Also he was worked with the different project team
to resolve many specific business problems and tailor programs on the critical
needs. He was also accountable for the formulation of the process and coding to
maintain data quality and ad-hoc reports to the automation process. He was closely
involved in preparing effort estimation, risk and gap analysis, quality reviews and
user acceptance.

Saravanan Chinnappa gained the strong knowledge on Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL
performance tuning and unix scripting. He gained hans-on experience Java Technology
and configuration management such CVS and SVN. He demonstrated expertise in Linux
and Windows environments , several data warehousing and export tools, including
PL/SQL Programming and MSBI Tools.
