A junior civil engineer, Timothy Wamedza, submitted a formal letter of resignation to Masimba Construction Zimbabwe effective at the end of October. He informed the project manager that he would be undertaking a master's program abroad. While it was a difficult decision to leave, Timothy appreciated the positive experience working at Nyakomba with Team Masimba. He requested a recommendation letter from the project manager to support his postgraduate application.

I would like to resign from my position as a Junior Civil Engineer with Masimba Construction
Zimbabwe as of end of October. I will be undertaking a masters program out of the country..

It has been a difficult decision to make, as working at Nyakomba has been such a positive
experience. I am grateful to have been an integral part of Team Masimba.
