METHOD STATEMENT
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface thoroughly to get rid of all contaminants. Remove all surface imperfections and
repair with a polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP.

POLYPLUS CP ADMIX
1. Add Dr. Fixit Polyplus CP Admix to the concrete mix at the rate of 1% by weight of the
cement content or maximum of 6 kg per cubic meter. On site it is to be added in transit mixer
after dispersing it in water to get proper mixing and minimum 8 to 10 minutes of agitation is
required.

2. Reduce the water content by 5-10% depending on slump requirement and considering water
added for dispersion of crystalline material. Water to cementitious ratio must be 0.45 or less.

FASTFLEX APPLICATION
1. Clean the surface to desired requirement.

2. Repair Ondulations with URP modifide mortar.

3. Pack pipes with Bathseal tapes.

4. Pack pipe inserts with Grouts to achieve watertightness all around.

5. Apply two coats of Fastflex to achieve desired thickness.

6. Ensure complete application inside Inserts like Electrical fittings and pipes.

7. Sprinkle Sand on last coat of fastflex to get best adhission to tile adhesive.

TILE FIXING
1. Use Roff GTA to fix tiles on top of cured and Fast flex applied surface.

2 Apply Roff Epoxy Grout of desired colour to fill gaps in tiles.

3 Clean surface and Check for insert finish if required and to be done with Roff Grout.

ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND LIGHT FITINGS


1. Apply one extra coat of Fastflex with fiber mesh on top inside Light fitting cut outs.

2. Insert light fittings with necessary rubber gaskets of Chlorine resistant rubber.

3. Finish with Chlorine resistant Silicon selant.
