4 X 4 Keyboard Interfacing

This document provides a circuit diagram interfacing a 4x4 keyboard with an 8051 microcontroller. The 8051 pins are connected to the keyboard rows and columns using ports P1 and P3. A 10K resistor is used on each keyboard row. The 8051 is powered by an external crystal oscillator running at 12MHz.
