Emmas daily

routine

1. Read about Emmas daily routine and answer the questions:

Hi! My name is Emma. Im nine years old and Im English. I live with my
family in Brighton in the south of England.

My day usually starts quite early. I always get up at 7.00 from Monday to
Friday but at the weekends I sleep two hours more. When I get up, I go
to the bathroom first. I wash my face, brush my teeth and then I have a
shower. After that I comb my hair and get dressed. I usually wear jeans
or shorts, T-shirts and trainers.

I always have breakfast with my mum and my little brother, Tommy at half
past seven on weekdays. I usually have a bowl of cereals and a glass of
orange juice. Before I go to school, I have to walk our dog Toy.

I go to school by car. Clases starts at 9.00. I like Maths but Im also good
at Science and English. I have a break at 10.30. I eat a sndwich and
drink an orange juice. I also play with my Friends in the playground.
School finishes at 13.30 and my dad picks me up and we come back
home by car. Then we have lunch together at 14.00.

After lunch I do my homework and study. On Mondays and Wednesdays


I go to play basketball. I love doing sports.

Before dinner I sometimes meet my Friends at the park or I wath TV. We


have dinner at 20.30 and I often set the table. After dinner I read a book
for a while. At 21.30 I have a shower, I brush my teeth and put on my
pyjamas and I go to bed.
