Groundplan Shortcuts Cheat Sheet

Navigation

Hold down the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and move


Pan the view the Mouse or;
Use the DIRECTIONAL ARROW keys

Pan the view while Measuring Hold down the SPACE key, and LEFT MOUSE
BUTTON and move the Mouse

Zoom-in MOUSE SCROLL WHEEL FORWARDS or;


CTRL + PLUS KEY(+)

MOUSE SCROLL WHEEL BACKWARDS or;


Zoom-out CTRL + MINUS KEY(-)

Toggle selection of Measurements on the Plan Hold the ALT key and press B

Rotate Plan Counter Clock Wise Hold the ALT key and press Q

Rotate Plan Clock Wise Hold the ALT key and press W

Exit Measurement Press the ESC key

When Measuring Counts

Add Count CLICK or;


Press D

Hold down the CTRL and CLICK on the Count you


Delete Count wish to delete or;
Hover over the Count you wish to delete and press
the DELETE key

Rotate Symbol Counter Clock Wise Hold the ALT key and press E

Rotate Symbol Clock Wise Hold the ALT key and press R
When Measuring Lengths

Start a new Length Hold the ALT key and press A

Add Point CLICK or;


Press D

Undo last Point Hold the CTRL key and press Z

Lock line in 15 degree increments Hold the SHIFT key

Finish Length CLICK on the First or Last Point

When Editing Length Measurement

Delete single Point Hold CTRL and CLICK on the Point you wish to
delete

Select and press DELETE or;


Delete Length Hold CTRL and CLICK on the Length you wish to
delete

When Measuring Areas

Start a new Area Hold the ALT key and press A

Add Point CLICK or;


Press D

Undo last Point Hold the CTRL key and press Z

Lock line in 15 degree increments Hold the SHIFT key

Close area CLICK on the First or Last Point

When Editing Area Measurement

Delete single Point Hold CTRL and CLICK on the Point you wish to
delete

Select and press DELETE or;


Delete Area Hold CTRL and CLICK on the Area you wish to
delete
