Subcontract Plan

The contractor plans to perform most construction work but will subcontract heavy lift, hauling, transportation, testing and insulation. 3 Subcontracting Plan

CONTRACTOR plans to execute majority of construction work on a self-perform basis


combined with subcontracts for:

Heavy Lift & Heavy Haul


Inland Transportation
NDE testing
Insulation

Subcontractors will be selected through strict evaluation for technical capability,


quality assurance, safety control and cost and work capacity. CONTRACTOR will
undertake carefully evaluation and pre-qualification prior to bidding.

The Subcontracting and Subcontract Administration approach by CONTRACTOR for the


Project will be handled by Project Control Manager to assume the administering of
subcontracting and then continues for subcontract control of Subcontract works at
the Site.

Subcontract agreement will be on a back-to-back basis with the main contract for
both commercial and technical conditions. For certain subcontracts, CONTRACTOR will
apply its own contractual conditions, ensuring that they satisfy National law.

Progress and execution of the works of subcontractors will be continuously


monitored by CONTRACTORs relevant group using project management system such as
in-house Project Infomation Management system, e-Document Management system,
Primavera, Piping Work Management system, SmartPlant Material, and others. Progress
of work executed by each Subcontractors will be controlled under the centralized
management system.

All other technical matters such as schedule control, material control and accuracy
of works will be controlled by the Construction, QC and Field Engineering Managers.
