The undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most


respectfully state:

1. Considering the death of the Managing Partner, Atty. Hipolito Sanez


of Sanez Taguinod Guia and Associates, (where the undersigned counsel is
an Associate Lawyer) the partnership is considered to have been
dissolved by operation of law;

2. Since the partnership can no longer continue, it is prayed that all


notices, orders and processes of this court be sent to the counsels new
office at his address appearing below:
