Role within EURAMET Date of Appointment

I hereby confirm that I understand that in my role I am appointed to act in the best interest
of EURAMET and its Members and Associate Members and wider stakeholders as a
whole, and not as a representative of any special interests of my institute or country. I will
inform the EURAMET Chairperson immediately if I become aware of a potential conflict of
interest for consideration of the circumstances and decision.
Considering this I confirm that I will fulfil my tasks in a reliable, impartial, confidential and
non-discriminating way to the best of my knowledge and conscience. In this scope I will
comply with the instructions and obligations to be followed by EURAMET.
I hereby confirm that I will devote appropriate time and resources to the role, and that I
have the support of my institute senior management in doing so.
I understand that should I not perform my duties to the satisfaction of EURAMET,
EURAMET will require me to relinquish the role.
