Greetings!

The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers Council of Student Chapter will be


conducting its annual Regional Student Conference on September 28-30, 2017. The elected
officers of Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan in partnership with the officers of the
University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines will be hosting this event to
gather Electrical Engineering, and Electrical Technology students in the region. The event
aims to enhance the skills and talents of the student members, and to unite the students as a
region through the technical seminars and workshops.

In accordance with this, we would like to request the use of the Universities facilities for the
Introductory Ceremony, Student Congress, and Regional Quiz Shows. The officers of Xavier
University Ateneo de Cagayan will be working hand in hand with the officers of the
University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines for this event, it is in our
hopes to use the facilities of the university during three-day course of the event and are
willing to comply with the necessary requirements for the facilities.

The schedule for activities along with the concept papers and other supporting documents for
the event will be attached along with this letter. I do hope you will grant us the use of the
facilities of the University, thank you and God Bless.
