Road Accident Information System
To detect the accident a vibration sensor is placed in the vehicle. When a
vehicle faces accident, immediately vibration sensor will detect the signal and then Microcontroller sends the alert message through the GSM modem including the location to predefined numbers that can be reserved for a rescue team. The vibration sensor used is mems. For getting the location details gps receiver is used. For communication a GSM modem is used which uses sim card. An optional alarm can also be used.
