Creation of Infolet

To create an infolet, an administrator first creates a sandbox and sets it as active. They then customize pages and access the infolets repository to click "Create infolet". The administrator enters a tile name, selects views and dimensions for the front and expanded views, saves it, then adds reports as content by dropping them as infolets. Finally, they publish the sandbox to save the new infolet and its content.

Creation of infolet

1. Click on username and Click Mange Sandboxes link under Administration

2. Click add icon to create new sand box


3. Enter sandbox name in create sandbox page then click save and close button

4. Select the newly created sandbox and Click on Set as Active button to activate the
sandbox
5. Click the custom infolets dot

6. Click on user name and Click Customize pages link under Administration

7. Click the infolets repository icon


8. Click on Create infolet
9. Enter Infolet Tile name below the region Create Inflolet: Select Views, and then select
the dimensions for Front view
10. Enable Expanded View and select the Dimensions for Expanded view
11. Click save and Close button
12. Click Add Content button

13. Select the folder in which we have reports and click add
14. Click Drop as infolet

15. Report will be displayed in front view, click on expanded view


16. Repeat step no 13,14 and 15 to add content in Expanded view.
17. To save the infolet and reports we need to publish the sandbox. click on sandbox name
then more link

18. Click Publish, OK buttons
