INTRODUCTION PROGRAM

Good Evening! Friends and Guest, The galaxy of intellectuals, your Excellency,
invited guests and my dear friends how different is this evening. You will yourself
discover as the colors of the occasion of this special Engineers Day organized by
GEA.

I request all dignitaries kindly occupy the seats on the Dias.

LAMP-LIGHTENING CEREMONY

The function of prayer is not to influence God, But rather to change the nature of
the one who pray. Now, we will have our traditional auspicious LAMP-
LIGHTENING ceremony as a tribute to Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya the
Goddess of Knowledge. Now I invite our chief guest, guest of honor & all the other
dignitaries present on the stage for lighting the lamp in front of Visvesvaraya

INTRODUCTION AND WELCOME OF GUEST

1. Mr.Sudhirbhau Mungantiwar

We fell honored to have with us - The Honorable Chief Guest Honble


Shri.Sudhirbhau Mungantiwar sir as Chief Guest. He is currently a Cabinet
Minister of Finance, Planning, and Forest Departments in the Government of
Maharashtra.
Since 2000

In 2001: Appointed as National Vice President of Bharatiya Janta Yuva


Morcha.
In 2008: Achieved G..L. Nardekar Memorial Award for Legislative struggle
in the field of blind & handicap person.
In 2009: Elected from Ballarpur Legislative Assembly Constituency with the
vote difference of 25,000.
In 2014: Appointed as Cabinet Minister (Finance & planning And forest
Dept.) of Maharashtra State

Honble Shri.Kirtiwardhan Dixit sir

Guests of Honour: Mr. Shri.Kirtiwardhan Dixit sir Principal and Director of Rajiv
Gandhi College of Engg ., the man of distinct vision and a fountainhead of
illuminating ideas, an idol of knowledge and experience and inspiration to all of
us.

Chandrapur.
Instrumental in establishing the Chandrapur District Renewable
Energy Park and the Akshay Urja Club, for spreading renewable
Energy awareness, in association with the Maharashtra Energy
Development Agency (MEDA)
On the forefront of pollution control initiative in Chandrapur as
a member of the Chandrapur District Pollution Control
Committee.
Completed a project of 15 KVa electricity generation from
Biogas, using vegetable waste as feeder, in association with
MEDA in 2008.
Initiated a consultancy project to generate 100 KVa electricity,
Using municipal waste as feeder, which will be one of largest of
Project in India.

sucess.It was indeed this manta of working together that has brought us where we
