TECHNICAL INFORMATION PACK
If the Client does not have any of these items or facilities available or cannot provide them
precisely as specified, the Production Company must be advised immediately. It MAY be possible
for the Production Company to supply them or to eliminate the item.
Stage
Rostra/decking for seated string performers (4m x 4m) with skirt/valance.
4x Standard chairs for seated string performers.
1x Portable bar type stool.
1x Screen/Cyclorama hung from flying bar at rear of stage (Screen to be suitable size for venue
with good visibility for all audience members).
1x Projector hung from flying bars to project on screen/cyclorama (This needs to be operated from
centre stage via iPad with standard VGA connection).
1x Power supply front stage centre.
Lighting
Performers are all static and in fixed positions during the performance.
2x Downlight spots on centre stage performers.
3x Downlight spots on four seated string performs.
1x Fixed spot on perform at front of stage
2x FOH Profile lights for centre stage performers.
2x Floor Cans to frame Screen (Option of Colours)
Outside of the above lighting the show shall require:
Orange Warm Wash Loosely covering the centre stage performers
Orange Warm Wash Loosely covering all performers on stage
Blue Wash Tightly covering the centre stage performers
Blue Wash Tightly covering all performers on stage
* As the show has projection on screen at all times it important that no lights causing the screen to
be washed out *

A quality system i.e. D+B, L-Acoustics, Meyer, etc:
Capable of delivering a clear, undistorted sound. i.e. easily sufficient for the size of venue.
FRONT OF HOUSE REQUIREMENTS;
Mixing desk 16 input Channel QUALITY DESK like Midas (always preferred) or equivalent, with DCA
/ VCAs and Subgroups 31 Band graphics on stereo outs for hall EQ (Klark Teknik - DN 360)
FX: 2 x Reverbs : Lexicon, TC Electronic.
(Vocal Compressors with de-essing would be great i.e. BSS 404)
The above P.A spec serves as a guideline to all venues and will be expected unless modifications
are previously agreed with the tour manager/gig organizer or our FOH engineer
MONITORS
A 3 way minimum with graphics on each mix output and competent monitor engineer.
On stage mix via Midas or equivalent desk to provide 3 separate mixes.
MICROPHONES
All vocal mics must be clean, odourless and generally hygienic

We will need to be supplied with the rigs:
1) On stage Monitor Engineer (if available)
2) Set up crew for assembling/disassembling PA and lighting rig
3) House/Company sound and light techs/advisor knowledgeable of their rig.
Dressing Rooms
Minimum of two dressing rooms. Secure, clean, tidy, comfortable, with mirrors, washing and toilet
facilities, heating, etc. Please provide linen towels and chilled bottled water x 6 per dressing room.
Sound Check/Rehearsal
It would be appreciated if the basic set up is complete prior to the arrival of the artistes at 2:00 pm.
All rostra in position, basic lights ready for final focusing. All monitors in position and cabled. All mics
set and ready. Please allow for up to a three hour rehearsal in the auditorium. If this is not possible
please advise us as soon as possible
Front Of House
The Client is requested to permit the key performers to come front of house immediately after the
performance to mix and mingle with the audience. Please provide a table, 6 chairs and water.
Merchandising
The Client shall allow the Production Company to sell CDs and other merchandise before, during
the interval and after the performance. The Client shall provide a prominent merchandise position
and a table and chairs so that the performers can sign merchandise.
Recording
The Production Company shall reserve the right to record the performance (audio and/or video) or
to take promotional photographs as long as this activity does not disturb the audience.
