Circular

Schools were unable to manually register some students in the WEB-SIM system by the 2PM deadline on July 19th, 2017 despite the students reporting on time. As a result, late fees were charged to students and their attendance was not recorded. School deans are requested to provide a list of these affected students to the Vice Chancellor for approval by 2PM on July 21st, 2017 in order to resolve the issues with attendance recording and late fees.

It is understood that some schools could not endorse students manual registration in WEB-SIM
within 2PM on 19/07/2017 although students reported to respective schools for manual
registration in time. As a results late fine was raised against students and attendance is not being
marked. School deans are requested to prepare the list of such students and explain it to hon'ble
VC for approval (by 2PM on 21/07/2017) to clear the issues of attendance and late fine.
