Uploaded documents should be

in black and white


in A4 size
be with low quality high compression (e.g. 150dpi)
less than 2 MB per file or 5 MB in total
pdf or jpg files

You can use the following method to combine/convert files into one PDF file:

Insert the image files into MS Word 2007 and save it with PDF extension:
1) Open MS Word 2007

2) Click Insert Picture to select image files

3) Save with PDF extension


You can use the following method to reduce the image file size:

1) Open MS Word 2007


2) Click Insert Picture to select image files

3) Reduce the size of the image, ensuring details of your document is clear and readable)
4) For a multi-page file, repeat step 2 and 3 until all images are inserted
5) Click on any one of the image(s) and select Format and Compress Picture from the header

6) Choose the following settings and the press OK

7) Save the file as a PDF and ensure that its size is within 2MB (Please do not upload a document which is password
protected)
After uploading, please check the uploaded files immediately as follows:

1) Click the "File name" of your uploaded file(s).


2) Remove the uploaded file if it cannot be opened or turns out to be a blank file.
3) Re-upload the required file(s).
