PREMIUM PHENOLIC / 800F This unique high-performance compressed sheet is
8400 NBR 1500 PSI an excellent gasket material for use in steam, mild
(GOLD) caustics and acids in.
The phenolic fibers and minerals combined with high-
grade Nitrile NBR rubber gives it higher temperature
limits than aramid based materials and better
handling and cutting characteristics than carbon and
glass fiber products.

JACKETED GASKET STYLES
METALS:
STAINLESS STEEL
Single Jacket COPPER
The most basic form of jacketed gasket, with SOFT IRON
coverage on one face and both edges. BRASS
MONEL
INCONEL
Single Jacket with Overlap (OTHER MATERIALS ON REQUEST)
Where full coverage is needed and flange is
narrow relative to gasket ID.
Double Jacket FILLERS:
Where full coverage is needed and flange is NON-ASBESTOS
wide relative to gasket ID. FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE
CERAMIC
PTFE
Double Jacket with Double Shell CORRUGATED METAL
Stronger and more rigid than double jacket
gasket.
Double Gasket Corrugated
Corrugations create a labyrinth seal across the
gasket face.
STANDARD SHAPES FOR
SOLID GASKET STYLES HEAT EXCHANGER GASKETS
Flat Solid
Cut from sheet metal, these gaskets can be of
unlimited size and shape. mating surfaces need
to be perfectly aligned and flat for metal
gaskets to provide good seals.
Profiled and Serrated
A solid gasket with surface grooves facilitating
a good seal with lower seating stresses. These
styles can be jacketed to protect the flange
surfaces.
Corrugated
Made from thin metal, these gaskets provide a
seal at low seating stress. They may be surface-
treated with ceramic, non-asbestos or flexible
graphite, or they may be used with a teflon
envelope.
