> 3 years of experience in a similar position within a company or industrial laboratory.
Strong knowledge in materials characterization
Knowledge in metallic materials applied to structural parts (Steels, Titanium, Aluminium alloys)
Knowledge in relevant material processes (forging, rolling, stamping, etc..)
Knowledge in metallographic structures
Knowledge in strength of materials (mechanical behaviours, static and fatigue tests)
Responsabilitati
Writing of test programs and reports to qualify a material, a process or a part.
Writing of various technical reports, bibliographic synthesis on materials or processes
Collection of existing documents : Technical documents, Qualification specifications (AIMS, test methods, etc) to
write QTP
Analysis of the documents and test results
Calculation of Mean Values, standard deviation, etc
Conduct appropriate assessments on the test results compared to the test program and qualification requirements
