GETTING STARTED:
The Collaborator Workbench is the heart of the Demantra suite of applications. From the Collaborator
Workbench, you can create and open worksheets, view tasks that need your attention, see who is
online, and review key metrics.
1. The Oracle Predictive Trade Planning (PTP) solution provides a set of worksheets used to
review and resolve settlements and perform business processes related to settlement transactions.
2. The My Worksheets area of the Collaborator Workbench can be customized to display the
worksheets available to you. By personalizing the My Worksheets region, you can display new PTP
worksheets that are made available to you and arrange the order in which worksheets are displayed.
3. From the Collaborator Workbench you can change your password. Based on your environment
or company security, password requirements may be vary. Check with your system administrator if
you have questions regarding password requirements.
1. In a worksheet, you can edit data manually, change data in multiple cells at the same time,
undo actions, and redo actions.
2. Changes to data must be saved separately from changes to the worksheet definition. After
data changes are saved, you can view the status of your pending changes in the Process Monitor.
5. You can add notes to record comments and reminders. These notes are added to a date or a
combination of dates
6. In general, notes (and their optional attachments) can be viewed by others. You can specify
permissions for the notes, to determine who can read the note and what type of access they are
permitted.
7. Oracle Demantra automatically records changes in an audit trail. The audit trail includes
changes due to edits within worksheets, copy and past actions, and changes caused by imports.
