 Certificate of Research Methodology Course Work.
 Copy of Pre-Ph.D./M.Phil./ MS Marks Memo.
 Permission letters of the following, if any:
a) All Extension of Time.
b) Change of Title/ Topic.
c) Change of Supervisor/ Co-Supervisor.
 Copy of all Fee receipts from date of joining to till date.
 Please furnish the details of the R R Ms.
 List of publications in Journals.
 List of Publications in Conferences/seminars, with Title, Author names and all Details of
Conference Proceedings (published after the Date of Admission/Registration of Ph.D.)
along with certificates of paper presentation duly signed by supervisor/ co- supervisor and
research scholar.
 Thermal Bounded Synopsis should be submitted.
*Hard copies (full length paper) of all publications, certified by Supervisor/Co- Supervisor
should be submitted.*
Submit two photocopies of each of the above enclosures.
Note:
 Scholars must bring all copies of their Journals/ Conference papers along with the
associated Reviewers comments, if any, on the Colloquium day.
 Presence of the Supervisor and/ or Co-Supervisor is mandatory to conduct Colloquium.
 Scholars shall bring three more copies of synopsis (total 5) for DRC Members during
Colloquium.

best of my knowledge and belief and nothing material has been concealed there from. I promise
to abide by the rules and academic regulations of JNTUH. I agree that I shall abide by the
