thatmakeuseoftheexternalresourcesstoppedworking,yetotheruser

applicationscontinuedtowork.Weconfirmedthattheapplicationsthat

continuedworkingwereaccessingexternalresources.Thefaileduser

applicationsbeganworkingagainafterthefailedcircuitwasbrought

backonline.Pleaseinvestigatethisissueandadvicewhatcouldhave

causedthisobscureoutage.
