certifyingbodyofallelectronicjudicialrecordsinNetHaMishpat(case
managementsystemofthecourts).
2.OnApril03,2017,Ireceivedresponsebyemailanelectronicrecord,which
bearsnosignatureatall(AttachmentA).Theresponseconfirmedthatwhichwas
clearthereisnocertifyingbodypursuanttotheElectronicSignatureAct(2001),
namedISRAELCOURTSAUTHORITY.
3.GiventhedifficultyinverifyingelectronicrecordsoftheStateofIsrael,andtheir
vagueandambiguousnature,Irequested,asusual,alsoahandsignedpaper
response,.
4.Earlierthisweek,Ireceivedbymailthehandsignedpaperresponse.However,it
appearsinvalidaswell:
a)Atthebottomofpage1,thewordError!(boldandexclamationmarkinthe
original)appears,whichseemstonegatethecontentoftheletter.
b)Thereferencenumberbothontheelectronicrecordandonthepaperrecordis
T/90.Basedonmyexperience,itisnotavalidreferencenumberofaFOIArequest
intheMinistryofJustice.
Therefore,Ihereinrepeatmyrequestforavalidpaperresponse,handsignedbythe
FOIAofficer,mailedtomymailingaddressed,providedabove.
