Youprobablyhavemadeagoodassumption.Airisblowing
coolagain.Ihavereplacedtheradiatorcapandreverifiedif
coolantisleakinganywhere.Itisnot.Irecheckedallofthe
hoseconnectionsandtheyarealltight.

Gotoneofthosecapswiththepressurereleasevalve,Iam
thinkingaboutdrivingitwiththetabupforafewcycles
(closingitbeforeIshutthecaroff)justtomakesurethatall
theaircomesout.Thinkthatisagoodidea?

EverysingletimeIletthecarrun,withtheheatfullblast
thereisALWAYSbubblesinthesystem.Thereservoirisfull,
maybeitistoofull.

HereissomethinginterestingthatIhavenoticed.whenI
movethetemperaturecontrollerinsidethecockpitfromcold
tohotthenbacktocold,sometimesitisvery'resistant'togo
backtocold.Insteadofmethumbingthroughtheshop
manualsletmeaskthisquestion,doesthattemperature
controllerinsidewhenyoumoveittoHOT,openavalvenear
theheatercoretoallowflow?Ifso,couldthatvalvegobad?
AndIamsureitwouldbeaPITAtofix,andnotreallysure
whyitwouldactupONLYafterchangingthewaterpump.

Thisisveryfrustrating,maybeIshouldjusttradeitforthat
HondaRidgelinethatIwant....Ikeepthreateningmycar,but
itdoesn'tseemtohelp.

IamsurethatIjusthaven'tclearedalltheairout.

MaybeIjustneedtotakeadayanddothisforacoupleof
hourslikeMr.Eddiesuggests.Itprobablyisjustmethinking
alltheairisoutwhenitisn't.
