Preflight Risk Assessment Version 2

The document provides a preflight risk assessment checklist to evaluate conditions and assign risk ratings in various categories like terrain, crew, weather, pilot experience, and aircraft. The ratings are totaled to determine an overall risk score, which is then compared to a risk chart. The chart indicates levels of caution and planning needed based on the total score and presence of any high-risk ratings.
