Hasan & Kushal Architects provided an interior design proposal to Mrs. Seema Kumar for designing a kindergarten. The proposal included conceptual 3D renderings, floor plans with furniture layouts, electrical and plumbing drawings, wall elevations, artworks, and flooring/wall specifications. The design fees would be INR 150 per square foot and exclude additional scope, travel, or accommodation costs. The first two site visits would be free of charge.

Dear Ma'am,

As per our discussion dated 20.12.2016 , appended herewith is the design


consultancy proposal for Kindergarten & Playschool.

THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROPOSAL SHALL CONTAIN THE


FOLLOWING.

Conceptual 3D renderings & Detailed Floor plans along with furniture

layouts.
Working drawings for Electrical and sanitary fixtures / partitions, if

necessary.
Wall elevations /Mural design concepts /Graffiti's and art works as

necessary
Specifications for specialized flooring and walling/paneling as

necessary.

The Design Fees for the above proposal as mentioned shall amount to INR 150 / Sqf. ,
and shall

Note -

Any further/other scope other than mentioned above shall be discussed prior to
our agreement.
The above mentioned fees proposal excludes travel & accommodation ,
depending upon the location of the site.
No charges would be applicable for the first two site visits.
