Respected Sir,

I am suffering from high fever from yesterday . I am under treatment and the Doctor
advised me for treatment for another 2 to 3 days . So I am unable to attend the office for 3 days.

I request you to kindly grant me leave for 3 days i.e 9.11.2016 to 11.11.2016 on medical
ground and oblige.
