Long Term Mathematics Substitute Teacher June 2017
Will work as a Mathematics substitute teacher for a teacher who will be on maternity leave.
Will plan and deliver lessons for Algebra 1, Pre-Calculus, and Algebra Topics, grade assignments, quizzes,
and tests, take attendance, and teach classes of approximately 20-30 students.
Teaching Assistant (Northern Michigan University) December 2016
Assistant in teaching and planning a section of Beginning Algebra to a class of 29 students.
Graded quizzes and homework, adjusted homework assignments in ALEKs online portal, met with students
individually who had questions, held review sessions, held open office hours, and occasionally lectured
during class time.
Worked with students one-on-one, in small (3-5 students) group settings and in large group (up to 29 students)

monitoring the pool chemicals, monitoring the sauna, performing routine safety checks, teaching children
various techniques in swimming, and performing routine cleanings of the pool.

preschool swim lessons, school-age swim lessons (3-10 children per lesson), private swim lessons, and
