A warm word of welcome to everyone this evening as we celebrate the NCFL/NPFL

Christmas Party 2015. Our theme for this years Christmas Party is Nidec, Celebrating Two Decades
of Excellence, All for Dreams this Christmas.
Tonight is a exceptional evening - I am so glad that so many special people have been able to join us
this evening. As, always, to absent friends - we still miss you. But, tonight is all about celebrating! Let's
capture some magical moments, let's create happy memories and let's surround ourselves with
laughter and friendship as we celebrate this special occasion.

2. To enliven the night, let us all welcome on stage our all-female dancers.
3. At this point, may I request everyone to please stand for the invocation, please remain standing for our
National Anthem.
4. Good evening once again! I can see everyone looks rockin and excited tonight. But before we start our
program I would like to introduce to you to our hosts for this nights event.
Our first host is the most sought comedienne of this generation, a kindhearted person, charming,
affable and a comedienne by heart let us all give our warmest welcome to Neggy.
Our second host is the lead vocalist of 6cyclemind since 2011. One of the bands famous album is
Magsasaya ang Lahat. The former celebrity contestant of Your Face Sounds Familiar and an artist of
full of surprises. Around of applause to Mr. Tutti Caringal.
5. At this moment let us all be blessed with a video presentation of our companys journey to success.
6. We are indeed blessed to be part of this growing company (NIDEC Corporation). Before we go any
further, let us all be touch with the warmest remarks of our dearest President Takao Deno.
7. Thank you for the inspiring words President Takso Deno. And now, to kick off tonights program let us
give a round of applause to our angelic Nidec Voice, glamorous Miss Nidec and to the energetic group
dancers for their grand opening number.
8. Loyalty is the first and foremost in every company. This loyalty award is only given to selected
employees with 15 years of service. To present this, may we call on stage our ever dependable bosses
President Takao Deno (NCFL/NCFS President), President Kazu Emoto (NPFL President), Mr. Edel
Ocampo (NCFL Factory General Manager) and Mr. Raymund Del Rosario (NPFL Factory Manager).
Let us all give them a round of applause.
9. Comes after loyalty is perfect attendance. This award is only given to employees with 10 years and
above service. To present this, may we call on stage our very supportive bosses President Takao
Deno, President Kazu Emoto, Mr. Tomoyuki Ijiri (EVP-NCFL) and Vice President for QA Mr. Kazuto
Miyajima.

11. The SPARQ award is only given to Top 3 Bright Ideas. To award this, may we call on our amiable
President Takao Deno, affable Vice President for Administration Mr. Minoru Yoshida and the beautiful
Senior Manager for Administration Ms. Jen Laserna.
12. But of course, they would never be settled to be left behind in this joyous night. To give us there alluring
and wiggle moves let us all welcome our active and lively NCFL managers.
13. We are all fortunate tonight for we will be able to be serenaded by the angelic voices of Nidec Voice
Finalists in their Nidec Voice Battle Round. But before we move on to that, let me present to you our
panel of judges for our Nidec Voice Battle Round and Dance Showdown Contest
14. I know that you are now dying to hear our finalists. So, without further ado. A round of applause for our
Nidec Voice Finalist No. 1. Thank you for that heartwarming song. Moving on, let us all welcome our
Nidec Voice Contestant No. 2. Thank you for that beautiful song. And last but not definitely the least, a
round of applause to our Nidec Voice Contestant No. 3. That was so amazing. Thank you to our Nidec
Voice Finalists.
15. And to give her words on this joyous occasion. A warm round of applause to our Miss Nidec Finalist.
16. Now its time to shake the dance floor. Let us all be amazed with the dance moves of our Dance
Showdown Finalists. To start, let me call on stage our group no. 1. That was great, thank you finalist
no. 1. Now, to amaze us with their grooving moves let me call on group no. 2. That was fantastic.
Moving on, to showcase their dance moves let me call on our group no. 3. That was terrific. Let us all
be moved by the performance of last but absolutely not the least, a round of applause to group no. 4.
 That was amazing. All performances are definitely intense and superb. And for sure our judges are
having a hard time identifying the best.
17. So, let us lighten and paint the evening with the glamour of our alluring Miss Nidec Finalists as they
walk in elegance wearing their long gown. As our finalists go on their walks they will be serenaded by
one of the celebrity contestants of Your Face Sounds Familiar Season 2, a finalist of Himig Handog
PPop Love Songs 2014, the serenade King, a warm round of applause to Mr. Michael Pangilinan.
18. Thank you Mr. Michael Pangilinan. That was absolutely lovely and astonishing. It equalizes the
enchanting beauty of our Miss Nidec finalists.
19. At this point we have come to one of the most awaited part in every beauty contest. The question and
answer portion.
20. Thank you candidates. And thats complete our question and answer. I am sure that our judges are
having a hard time now.
