Sage X3 - User Guide - Setting Up Accounting Code Lines

To setup the fixed asset accounting code lines in X3, go to the Accounting Code Lines section under Financials in the Accounting Interface. Create a new accounting code line with the type set to Fixed Assets and configure the lines based on the screenshot for mapping the fixed asset accounting codes in the system.

How to Setup the Fixed Asset Accounting Code Lines

The accounting codes lines govern the framework for the mapping of the
accounting codes in X3. These instructions indicate how the accounting code
lines should be setup for the fixed asset type.

Go to Setup/ Financials/ Accounting Interface/ Accounting Code Lines

Click on New
Accounting Code Type: Fixed Assets
Setup the lines in the manner shown in the screenshot below.
Click on Create
