CONDITIONS OF SALE:

A 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold a puppy. Payment may be made via
personal check (valid once it clears the bank) or PayPal. Payment in full must be received
before a puppy will be released to buyer.

This puppy is the product of two ASCA/AKC registered purebred parents and is guaranteed
to be in good health and free of communicable disease at time of sale.

This dog is being sold under a Not for Breeding status. This dog is not to be bred for any
purposes. Registration for this puppy will be an ASCA and AKC Limited Registrations. The
breeder recommends that the dog be spayed/neutered by a reputable veterinarian at the
appropriate age. This dog is being sold as a pet only and nothing further.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this
sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 48
hours for a physical examination. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause
of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may, upon written diagnosis from said
veterinarian, be returned for refund of the purchase price or for another dog of equal value,
the choice to be determined by the seller.

Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen and


paid for by the seller. Should said veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter
shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the
purchaser.

This puppy will require medical attention at some point during his/her lifetime and buyer is
prepared to pay all vet expenses from this point forward. Buyer agrees to provide regular
veterinary care as well as the proper daily maintenance to keep the dog in good health.

OTHER:

Puppies are available for pickup or shipping. Puppies must be eight (8) weeks old to ship
per airline regulations. Shipping will be executed via reputable airline or other delivery
mode as approved by both Buyer and Seller. Buyer will pay all related travel costs including
crate, airline shipping fees and required travel certificate examination by a licensed
veterinarian.
