Warm Greetings!

The main objective of a Buntis Congress is to intensify the social marketing initiatives for
maternal health through the conduct of community events that offers maternal health services
and inter-active pregnancy health promotion activities.DOH has always been promoting healthy
pregnancy to lessen maternal and child mortality, this event is just one of its drivers. Information
has always been a key contributor in terms of promoting better health practices.

In view of the above, may we request the attendance and participation of the DOH Universal
Health Care Implementers (UHCI) deployed in your respective municipal health office, Dr.
Marcus Luke Dauz for the conduct of the said Buntis Congress at Cervantes, Ilocos Sur on
December 12, 2016, and 8:00 am. This activity is initiated by our Hon. Governor Ryan Luis V.
Singson.

We look forward to our continued partnership in the delivery of basic health services to our
constituents especially the poorest of the poor in the GIDA municipality of 2nd district.
