Grade 3 News
February 2017

Winter seems to be trying to make up its mind this year! The groundhog
announced six more weeks of winter in Canada but the American groundhog disagreed.
It seems like mother nature cant decide this winter if it will be mild or cold. On that
thought, please check to make sure students are dressed for the weather. The children are
hard at work learning all sorts of new things in Grade Three, no matter what the weather.

Valentines Day

We will be celebrating Valentines Day in our classrooms on Tuesday, February

14th. Children may bring Valentines to share with their friends in their class. We have 21
students in the classroom. Due to allergies, please do not send in unwrapped treats.
Wrapped treats will be sent home with the valentines.
